The US-listed company CIMG has signed a strategic agreement to acquire the core assets of the DeFi protocol iZUMi Finance
According to market news, Nasdaq-listed company CIMG Inc. (Nasdaq code: IMG) has signed a strategic agreement with iZUMi Finance to acquire key assets such as core patents and intellectual property.
This acquisition is built on the foundation of previous cooperation between the two parties, including the jointly launched $20 million Upstarts Fund. By integrating iZUMi Finance's multi-chain liquidity technology, liquidity management mechanisms, and governance infrastructure, CIMG aims to strengthen its defi-119">decentralized finance (DeFi) architecture and deepen its layout in the on-chain liquidity market. As part of the acquisition framework, CIMG also plans to acquire $IZI tokens for long-term staking and participation in the governance of the iZUMi ecosystem. This move is expected to enhance on-chain capital efficiency and support the optimization of btc-42">Bitcoin yield generation in CIMG's treasury. iZUMi Finance is a multi-chain DeFi protocol, and its flagship product iZiSwap is a multi-chain dex-117">decentralized exchange based on innovative DL-AMM design.
