Pentagon's "Pizza Index" Rebooted, Suspicious Insider Entry Predicts US-Venezuela Conflict Involvement
BlockBeats News, December 9th, according to PolyBeats monitoring, the assumption of the Pentagon Pizza Index, known as the "barometer" of U.S. military action, is that when the Pentagon's high-level command center or war room is dealing with a major, sudden international crisis or military deployment, staff members need to work long hours. When staff members work late into the night, they usually solve dinner by ordering a large amount of pizza.
Since the evening of December 6th, the index has been activated again, lasting for several hours. However, the probability of the predicted "December 12th/31st Drug Ship Strike?" has not shown significant changes, and no suspected insider traders have been found to enter. But the trends of other related predictions seem to be suspicious. In the market "Will the U.S. have military contact with Venezuela before December 31st?" Two suspicious traders with extremely suspicious profiles are engaging in aggressive centralized betting in that market.
The first one is methebestss: he deposited $6,000 into the account successively 12 hours ago and used it as the first and only transaction on the platform to buy 20,389 "Yes" at an average price of 30¢.
The second one is smaugvision, whose operation is more aggressive. 19 hours ago, he deposited over $40,000 and simultaneously bought "Yes" shares at three time points: December 9th, 15th, and 31st, with a total position exceeding $20,000. In addition, he invested over $8,000 in two other related predictions: "Will the U.S. military enter Venezuela before December 31st?" and "Will the U.S. invade Venezuela before December 31st?"
Both of these traders used official currency deposits that are not typical of on-chain traders and allocated the vast majority of their funds to military predictions related to Venezuela, showing highly concentrated trading behavior and clear targets. Currently, the probabilities of the above predictions are all below 30%.
