According to the filing, the investment agreement is structured into two tranches. The first one, valued at $2 million, will be used to support the firm’s efforts in growing its Bitcoin reserves. The second tranche, also $2 million, can be used later if certain conditions are met. A spokesperson for Vinanz said the investment positions the firm well as it focuses on “growing our Bitcoin holdings in preparation for the potential Nasdaq dual listing.”Vinanz has been exploring a Nasdaq listing since early 2025, when it hired U.S. law firm Lucosky Brookman LLP to assess the move. The firm said the listing would give it more access to institutional investors and U.S. capital markets, though no timeline for the dual listing has been revealed thus far.Vinanz moved to the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market in January, after previously trading on the AQSE Growth Market.
