Linea Product Manager Explains Tokenomics: Initial Circulating Supply Ratio Set at 22%, Airdrop Snapshot Completed
BlockBeats News, July 30, Linea Product Lead @DeclanFox14 posted on Platform X to provide a detailed explanation of LINEA tokenomics, with the key points as follows:
1. Users who participated in the Linea Voyage event and received LXP will receive a 9% token airdrop reward. The airdrop quantity will also take into account other criteria (such as thresholds, multipliers) and will provide a qualification checker with this information before TGE. Linea has taken a snapshot for this purpose, and all front-running filters have been completed earlier. This airdrop does not involve CEX listings, InfoFi, or other asset dilutions. These funds will not flow to the team or investors.
2. Any rewards for providing liquidity are included in the 75% ecosystem fund. This includes past and future liquidity providers (LP), separate from user airdrops such as LXP. Details of LXP-L will be handled by the alliance.
3. If 22% of the supply is circulating, the early ecosystem airdrop is 10%, then what is the remaining 12% for? These funds are sufficient to support CEX liquidity and market makers, liquidity provisioning, time-sensitive developer grants and partnerships, and other initiatives driven by the governance layer. The Alliance will ensure transparency in fund usage according to the charter. The unlock schedule for this ecosystem fund is 10 years, with a structure designed for long-term development.
