Bitcoin Core releases version 31. The main updates are as follows: improved Mempool logic, allowing nodes to more accurately assess the overall value of a set of related transactions to decide whether to retain, forward, or package them; ordinary transfer users are minimally affected, but users utilizing RBF, CPFP, the Lightning Network, complex wallets, or server-side wallets may experience changes in transaction acceptance/rejection behavior; enhanced privacy broadcasting features, supporting broadcasting sendrawtransaction via Tor/I2P, where the recipient cannot know the IP address and geographical location of the transaction initiator.
