Dear WEEXers,
Based on the latest market information, the estimated outstanding shares of the underlying SPCX asset will increase from 11.87 billion to 13.08 billion shares. To ensure that SPCXUSDT perpetual futures continues to accurately reflect the underlying market, WEEX will adjust certain futures parameters accordingly.

To minimize potential risks during this process, SPCXUSDT perpetual futures will enter reduce-only mode and be temporarily delisted.

1. Important dates
1.Reduce-only mode
Starting at 3:00 PM (UTC+8) on June 10, 2026, SPCXUSDT perpetual futures will enter reduce-only mode. Opening new positions will no longer be available.
2.Futures delisting
Starting at 3:30 PM (UTC+8) on June 10, 2026, trading of SPCXUSDT perpetual futures will be suspended and the futures will be delisted.

2. Risk reminder
As the increase in the underlying share count may lead to adjustments in futures pricing and related parameters, users with open positions are strongly encouraged to manage or close their positions before the delisting time.
Important note: Any positions remaining open at the time of delisting will be automatically closed at the prevailing market price. Any resulting profits or losses are the sole responsibility of the user.
3. Relisting
Trading will resume after the necessary adjustments and risk reviews have been completed. The relisting schedule will be announced separately.
